Steward Technologies Ltd aims to provide high-quality digital products and services.

Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted where:

  • A product cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue.
  • Duplicate payments were made.
  • Billing errors occurred.
  • Applicable consumer protection laws require a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use a purchased product.
  • Compatibility issues that were clearly disclosed before purchase.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service.

Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or otherwise approved.
