Steward Technologies Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”) built Sudoku Master: Brain Puzzle (the “App”) as a free-to-play puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it’s used, and your choices. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Game progress (stored on your device only) Your level, star count, streak, hints, and theme selection are saved locally on your device. We do not require an account, email, or sign-in to play.
Advertising and analytics data The App displays ads through Google AdMob and may use Firebase for app performance and crash analytics. These services can automatically collect:
- Device identifiers (such as your advertising ID)
- General device information (model, OS version, language, region)
- App usage and interaction data (e.g., screens viewed, ads shown/clicked)
- Approximate location derived from IP address
Purchase information If you subscribe to or purchase Premium, the transaction is processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play, and purchase status is verified through our in-app purchase provider (RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your payment card details.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS) On iOS, we ask for your permission before any tracking-related data is used for advertising, in line with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. You can change your choice anytime in Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

We use the information above to:
- Save and restore your game progress
- Show and measure ads that help keep the App free
- Diagnose crashes and improve performance
- Verify and manage Premium purchases and subscriptions
- Comply with legal obligations

- Tracking (iOS): You can allow or deny tracking via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or later in your device Settings.
- Ad-free experience: Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.
- Data deletion: Since progress is stored locally, uninstalling the App removes your saved game data from your device. To request deletion of any data held by our third-party analytics or ad providers, contact us using the details below.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
6. Data Retention
Locally stored game progress remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Analytics and advertising data are retained by our third-party providers according to their own retention policies.
7. Security
We rely on industry-standard practices from our service providers (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play) to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
8. International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, by our third-party service providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
