Each product receives a health score from 0 to 100 based on ingredient quality, processing level, total additive count, added sugar content (flagged above 20g per serving), and sodium levels (flagged above 600mg per serving). A score of 75–100 indicates clean, minimally processed ingredients. A score of 35–54 indicates moderate concerns such as artificial additives. A score below 15 indicates multiple harmful ingredients.
