Steward Technologies Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”) built SignFill — Fill and Sign PDF as a commercial app. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit your PDF documents or signatures. All document editing happens entirely on your device.
We may collect the following limited data:
- Purchase and subscription data via RevenueCat, including your App Store or Google Play subscription status. We do not see your payment details.
- Crash reports and performance data via platform-provided tools (Apple/Google), to help us fix bugs and improve the app.
- App usage data such as feature interactions, collected anonymously and only if permitted by your device settings.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
- Your PDF documents
- Your signatures or initials
- Your photos or images imported into the app
- Any personally identifiable information entered into forms
- Your location
All files you open and edit remain on your device at all times.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:
- RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and purchase validation
- Apple App Store / Google Play — handles payments and may collect data per their own policies
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded at runtime; standard network requests apply
4. Permissions We Request

We only request permissions when you use the relevant feature. We never access your files without your explicit action.

All documents, signatures, and form data are stored locally on your device using your operating system’s secure storage. We do not upload your files to any server. Your work stays yours.
6. Children’s Privacy
SignFill is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights including access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Since we do not store your documents or personal information on our servers, most requests can be addressed by simply deleting the app.
